Menomonee Falls Music Greetings, Instrumental Students and Families,
Thank you to those of you who signed up on the Google Form to help on Saturday! We are still in need of many, many student volunteers to help make this event successful. Right now, we have ten orchestra students signed up and five band students. This is a HUGE event and we really need all hands on deck. Family members, if you would also like to help out, please sign up on the Google Form. Filling out the form helps the event organizers ensure there is enough assistance to create a successful event.
Here are the details for Saturday, October 2nd: We need students, and family members to volunteer the day of the event from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm to help unload cars, direct traffic, load the recycling containers, and have a fun time! Please sign up to volunteer on this Google Form. This form is also located in Schoology for families to access.
So that we can continue to run fundraiser events, please support them by giving an hour or two of your time. The Band and Orchestra Bunch is able to provide resources to our students directly because of events such as the Metals Drive – please help to ensure we can support our students.
