Menomonee Falls Music Support the Band and Orchestra Students
By Purchasing Kwik Trip Cards
The Menomonee Falls Band Bunch is working with Kwik Trip as a fundraising effort to support our band and orchestra programs. When you purchase Kwik Trip cards for $10, $25, $50 or $100, Kwik Trip will donate 5% to the Band Bunch. If you purchase items in the store, Kwik Trip will donate 10% back to the Band Bunch.
The cards can be used for all Kwik Trip purchases including gas, groceries and coffee (exclusions in the store-tobacco and alcohol). Any purchases made at the pump need to be completed before going into the store to purchase items. NOTE: After a period of 12 months of non-use, a $2.00 monthly service fee will be deducted from the balance on the card. The cards are dated (month/year) at the time of receipt by the Menomonee Falls Band Bunch.
When you are ready to place an order, complete the attached “Kwik Trip Card Order Form.” Scan your order form to Diane Kastenholz at BBKwikTrip@att.net Diane will fill the orders and you can pick them up at a concert, have them sent home with your child or pick up at Diane’s home. Checks should be made payable to Menomonee Falls Band Bunch for the total amount. Please remember to include all the requested information that is on the order form including a phone number. All orders need to be pre-paid.
