Menomonee Falls Music Hello Orlando Trip Families,
Just some updates on the upcoming trip. We?ve been working hard on preparations for Festival Disney and we know the students will represent Menomonee Falls well. After consideration we opted not to do a send-off concert due to the length of performance and the availability of the auditorium. We will be loading up at the regularly scheduled time of noon on Monday, April 2nd and departing the school at 1pm. Just a reminder that students are allowed ONE suitcase, ONE carry-on, and their INSTRUMENT (and music of course). Each suitcase/carry-on and instrument should be clearly labeled with the student?s name. A reminder that any necessary materials (medications, pillow, phone, ect.) need to be placed in their carry on. They will not have access to their suitcases until we arrive in Orlando.
Please make sure that your student has packed performance attire which is:
Girls: Black dress tops, conservative necklines, black full or knee length skirts, or black dress slacks, black tights (NO patterns), black closed-toed dress shoes.
Guys: Black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, black long sleeved button-down DRESS shirt (NO tuxes, no ties).
Students are allowed to bring DVD?s to watch on the busses but they must be rated PG-13 or under (Disney movies are great). Students need to bring money (a recommended amount is $175.00) for meals not covered by the trip payments.
We have a copy of our latest itinerary at the bottom of this email which was also included in our last email. A reminder that our performance date/time/location have changed due to our acceptance into Festival Disney in place of our other performance. We are very excited to hit the road!

9:00 a.m. Load coaches and transfer to Magic Kingdom.
